ตั้งค่าอีเมลบนคอมพิวเตอร์: Outlook, Thunderbird และ Apple Mail

ทุกโปรแกรมใช้ค่าชุดเดียวกัน — ดูตารางเต็มที่ ค่าตั้งเซิร์ฟเวอร์อีเมล

Microsoft Outlook สำหรับ Windows (แบบคลาสสิก / Microsoft 365)

1. เปิด Outlook → File (ไฟล์) → Add Account (เพิ่มบัญชี)
2. กรอกอีเมลเต็ม → คลิก Advanced options (ตัวเลือกขั้นสูง) → ติ๊ก Let me set up my account manually → Connect
3. เลือก IMAP
4. Incoming mail — Server: mail.yourdomain.com · Port: 993 · Encryption method: SSL/TLS
5. Outgoing mail — Server: mail.yourdomain.com · Port: 465 · Encryption method: SSL/TLS → Next
6. ใส่รหัสผ่าน → Connect → Done

🛠️ รับได้แต่ส่งไม่ออก: File → Account Settings → Server Settings (Outlook รุ่นเก่า: Account Settings → Change → More Settings → Outgoing Server) → ติ๊ก My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication → Use same settings as my incoming mail server

Outlook ใหม่ (New Outlook for Windows)

1. คลิก ⚙️ Settings → Accounts → Email accounts → Add account
2. กรอกอีเมล → Continue → เลือก IMAP (ถ้าไม่เห็นช่องกรอกเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ให้คลิก Show more)
3. กรอกค่าขาเข้าและขาออกตามตารางด้านบน → Continue

ℹ️ Outlook ใหม่ซิงก์อีเมลของบัญชี IMAP ผ่านระบบคลาวด์ของ Microsoft — หากนโยบายองค์กรไม่อนุญาต ให้ใช้ Outlook แบบคลาสสิกหรือ Thunderbird

Outlook สำหรับ Mac

1. Outlook → Settings → Accounts → กด + → New Account
2. กรอกอีเมล → Continue → ถ้าถามผู้ให้บริการ เลือก IMAP/POP
3. เลือกชนิด IMAP แล้วกรอกค่าตามตาราง → Add Account

Mozilla Thunderbird (ฟรี — Windows / Mac / Linux)

1. เมนู ☰ → Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account (เปิดครั้งแรกจะขึ้นหน้าตั้งค่าให้เอง)
2. กรอก Your full name · Email address · Password → Continue
3. Thunderbird ค้นหาค่าให้อัตโนมัติ — ตรวจว่าเป็น IMAP, mail.yourdomain.com, 993 / SSL/TLS และ 465 / SSL/TLS
4. ถ้าค่าไม่ตรง คลิก Configure manually แก้ให้ถูก (Authentication: Normal password · Username: อีเมลเต็ม) → Re-test → Done

Apple Mail (macOS)

1. เปิด Mail → Add Account (หรือ System Settings → Internet Accounts → Add Account → Add Other Account → Mail account)
2. เลือก Other Mail Account… → Continue
3. กรอก Name · Email · Password → Sign In
4. ถ้าขึ้น Unable to verify account name or password ให้กรอกเพิ่ม: User Name (อีเมลเต็ม) · Account Type IMAP · Incoming และ Outgoing Mail Server mail.yourdomain.com → Sign In
5. เลือกแอป Mail → Done

🛠️ ถ้าต้องกำหนดพอร์ตเอง: Mail → Settings → Accounts → Server Settings เอาเครื่องหมายออกจาก Automatically manage connection settings แล้วใส่ 993 / 465

ให้โฟลเดอร์ Sent / Trash ตรงกับ Webmail

ถ้าเห็นโฟลเดอร์ซ้ำกัน เช่น Sent กับ Sent Items แปลว่าแต่ละโปรแกรมเก็บอีเมลที่ส่งแล้วคนละที่ — ตั้งให้ใช้โฟลเดอร์เดียวกัน:

• Thunderbird: Account Settings → Copies & Folders → Place a copy in → Other → เลือกโฟลเดอร์ Sent ของบัญชี
• Apple Mail: คลิกโฟลเดอร์ Sent ของบัญชี → เมนู Mailbox → Use This Mailbox For → Sent
• Roundcube: Settings → Preferences → Special Folders เลือก Sent / Trash ให้ตรงกับโปรแกรม
